Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is Julita Rubacka, Gdańsk, Poland. Contact: juliette@julietteanalysis.com.
What data I collect
Only what you send me through the contact form or by email: your name, organisation, country, the type of matter, your email address and the content of your message.
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools.
Why I use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare an offer, at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To keep a record of correspondence and protect against claims, as my legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who else processes it
- Netlify, Inc. hosts this website and receives contact form submissions. Like any web server, it records technical data such as IP addresses in its logs for security.
- My email provider stores the messages I receive and send.
- Google serves the fonts used on this website, so your browser connects to Google's servers and they see your IP address.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months. If we work together, correspondence is kept for as long as needed for the engagement and as required by law.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction, deletion or restriction, data portability, and you can object to processing. Write to the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl).
Please note
Do not send evidence, documents or personal data of other people through the contact form. The secure transfer of materials is agreed separately, after the NDA.
